The agreement between you and Inari Stationery Strategy when you use this site, buy a course or tool, or join the membership.

1. Agreement
By using stationerystrategy.com or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or studio, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at inaristationery@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One account is for one person; please do not share logins. We may suspend accounts used to share paid content.
3. What you are buying
Courses, tools and guides are digital products delivered online. A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that product for as long as we operate it, for your own business use. Memberships renew as described at checkout until cancelled.
- You may: use the material to run your own business, and adapt templates for your own products.
- You may not: resell, republish, translate for distribution, share logins, or use the material to build a competing course.
4. Price, tax and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and reseller — Paddle handles billing, invoices, U.S. sales tax, EU VAT and Japanese consumption tax, and appears on your card statement. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms; it is set out in full on the Refunds & Cancellations page. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you may have under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, or U.S. state consumer protection law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously but may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we permanently retire a paid product within 12 months of your purchase, we will offer a comparable replacement or a pro-rata refund.
7. Educational information, not professional advice
Inari provides education. Content about tariffs, HS codes, customs, tax, pricing and contracts is general information based on public sources at the time of writing, and it changes. It is not legal, tax, customs-brokerage or financial advice. Please confirm your specific situation with a qualified professional or the relevant authority before acting. We make no guarantee of sales, revenue or business results.
8. Your content
Notes, product data and costs you enter stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display that content back to you and to operate the service. We do not use your business data to train AI models or share it with other members.
9. Acceptable use
When using the service, please do not:
- Attempt to access another member's account or data
- Scrape, reverse engineer or bulk-download course content
- Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material
- Interfere with the security or performance of the service
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese or U.S. law — including the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, which voids clauses that entirely exclude a business's liability to a consumer.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached; where a paid product is terminated for our convenience rather than your breach, we will refund the unused portion.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer resident in the United States or elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your home jurisdiction, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
